These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crewsii website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "services") provided by Crewsii LLC ("Crewsii," "we," "our," or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crewsii, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use Crewsii on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. The Crewsii Services
Crewsii provides tools for telecom workers, service companies, hiring teams, and operators to create profiles, manage opportunities, review documentation, and support partner readiness workflows. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep your information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You are responsible for information, documents, resumes, certifications, job postings, messages, and other content you submit to Crewsii. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
By submitting content, you grant Crewsii a limited license to use, host, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the services.
5. Platform Use and Conduct
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with platform operations, access systems without authorization, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data except as permitted by law, impersonate others, submit false or misleading information, or use Crewsii for unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
6. Hiring, Contracting, and Third-Party Relationships
Crewsii may help connect workers, companies, and operators, but we are not a party to employment, contractor, vendor, customer, or project agreements formed between users unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Users are responsible for their own hiring decisions, due diligence, compliance obligations, payment terms, taxes, insurance, safety requirements, and work arrangements.
7. Fees and Payments
Some features may require payment. If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a separate agreement. We may change pricing or paid features with appropriate notice where required.
8. Intellectual Property
Crewsii and its software, designs, trademarks, content, and platform materials are owned by Crewsii or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Crewsii intellectual property. You may use the services only as permitted by these Terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Crewsii, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
The services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy policies, or practices.
11. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or opportunity will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewsii and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crewsii and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the services in a way that may harm Crewsii, users, or others. You may stop using the services at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Crewsii after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by applicable law.
